Description:
Iberia is a collection of twelve musical scenes of Spanish life written by Isaac Albeniz, in the years between 1906 and 1909. Espana, an earlier work first published in 1890 is made up of six piano pieces that subtly reflect the influences of the piano literatrue of the 19th-centrury salon, and like Iberia, the harmony and style of Impressionism, which Albeniz himself helped to create. This collection of the two complete works for solo piano is published by Dover, Distributed by Alfred
